Santiago de la Ribera «The pearl of the Mar Menor » (English guide tour)
A walk through this beautiful coastal town where we will discover its emblematic places.
We will walk through its streets and learn about its history since its foundation through emblematic buildings.
From the Torre Mínguez that gave rise to the fishing village it is today, the General Air Academy where Spanish fighter pilots have been trained and are still being trained, Casa Grande, the origin of the seaside holiday.
The modernist palace of the Count of Campillo, as well as other buildings, the Real Club de Regatas, a building whose architecture was revolutionary in its time and today continues to be an example of avant-garde architecture.
We will have the privilege of enjoying its views.
During the walk we will be accompanied by the Mar Menor and we will be able to enjoy the models of the aeroplanes that have made history in the General Air Academy.
We will arrive at the Ciudad del Aire, place of residence of the members of the academy, finishing our walk on the beach of Castillico.***This service is subject to a minimum number of 10 participants and adverse weather conditions***.
